Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is free and a full refund or replacement will be provided. 

For returns due to size, preference, or ordering choice, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received, a full refund for the product price will be issued.

If you’d rather exchange for something else or keep the value as store credit, that option never expires. Just reach out whenever you’re ready.
