Carrier Responsibility Notice
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Tao’s Core Collection no longer has control over the delivery process. At that point, our role is limited to providing tracking information and monitoring the shipments status.

If a package is delayed, stalled, or marked as undeliverable by the carrier, we unfortunately cannot intervene, expedite, or override the carrier’s internal systems.

Carriers also do not allow shipment traces or formal investigations until a minimum waiting period has passed after the ship date.

While we understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, delays or delivery failures caused by the carrier are outside of our control. Customers may have more success contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking number, as they can access delivery-level details that we cannot.
