Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You also have the option to choose priority processing which places your order ahead of the line. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships or once it arrives in your country.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery progress.
Once your package arrives in your local area, shipment tracking will update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or shows delivered but you have not received it, contact your local shipping carrier and provide them your tracking number provided on your tracking page.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for replacement.
Carrier Responsibility Notice:
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, Tao’s Core Collection no longer has control over the delivery process. At that point, our role is limited to providing tracking information and monitoring the shipments status.
if a package is delayed, stalled, or marked as undeliverable by the carrier, we unfortunately cannot intervene, expedite, or override the carrier’s internal systems. Carriers also do not allow shipment traces or formal investigations until a minimum waiting period has passed after the ship date.
While we understand how frustrating shipping issues can be, delays or delivery failures caused by the carrier are outside of our control. Customers may have more success contacting the carrier directly using the provided tracking number, as they can access delivery-level details that we cannot.
